Abstract submission guidelines

Abstract format

Consider the topics listed under scientific topics before submitting
Abstracts must not promote a commercial product, process or service.
Abstract text: max. 150 words (the EES system indicates at different locations either 300 or 100-word limits: please ignore these and do not exceed 150 words)
Keywords: max. 4
Name and affiliation of authors and co-authors, as well as contact details of corresponding author (telephone, email) are required

Abstract submission information

Only online submitted abstracts will be considered. Submission must be done via Elsevier on http://ees.elsevier.com/procir/default.asp.
Authors will be notified of the acceptance or rejection of their abstracts by 15 July 2017 (for those having submitted abstracts before 1 July) or by 15 August (for those submitting abstracts after 1 July) (see deadlines table).
If you do not receive any notification of acceptance or non-acceptance of your abstract by 15 July 2017 (for those having submitted abstracts before 1 July) or by 15 August (for those submitting abstracts after 1 July), please directly contact the CIRP LCE 2018 Organisation Committee (E-mail: lce2018@dtu.dk) as soon as possible.
Accepted abstracts will be invited to prepare a full paper to be submitted by 2 October 2017. Guide for authors with regard to full paper preparation can be downloaded here.

IMPORTANT: For both abstract and full paper submissions, you will have to go through several steps. Please follow the instructions provided on EES. On the step “Article Type,” please select “CIRP LCE 2018” (see Figure 1 below). Do the same on the step “Section/Category” (see Figure 2 below). On the step “Request Editor” please select “Alexis Laurent” (see Figure 3 below).
